A clear service.
A clear agreement.

This policy describes the standard PlacementOne service for paid campaigns on eligible AI platforms. Formats and availability vary by platform and market. Your accepted campaign brief, approved budget and checkout total complete the scope for your business. We confirm any variation before work starts. Nothing here limits rights or remedies you have under Australian Consumer Law.

What the standard package includes

Additional markets, extra creative, landing-page development and substantial website work are agreed separately. We do not offer continuous, round-the-clock optimisation as part of the standard package.

Fees and when they start

Charge Timing
A$299 setup After our fit assessment is approved and before setup work.
A$249/month management When the campaign is ready for an authorised launch and you activate recurring billing.
Advertising spend Paid by you directly to the advertising platform, separately from our fees.

Prices are in Australian dollars. Any applicable tax and the full amount due are disclosed at checkout before you pay. Management periods follow your subscription’s actual billing dates; they are not described as fixed 30-day periods.

Payment of setup alone does not start monthly management. Campaign access, billing readiness, required measurement, the actual launch version and your budget authorisation must be ready before you are asked to activate it.

Your advertiser account and advertising spend

You own your advertiser account and enter your payment details directly with the advertising platform. You invite PlacementOne with the access needed to manage agreed campaigns. For OpenAI accounts, this is normally Member access initially. Never share your password. Your PlacementOne workspace is a separate account.

Your approved advertising allowance records the amount, currency, dates, time zone and included campaigns. Any budget increase requires fresh approval. We do not hold advertising money in a wallet, advance your media costs or treat an unused allowance as a credit owed by us. The advertising platform may make more than one card charge as spend accrues.

We check the account’s permitted budgets and schedules before launch. A daily average is not treated as an exact monthly spending cap. Where a firm period allowance is required, we confirm a suitable campaign-total configuration and dates before asking for approval.

Approvals and campaign changes

You approve the actual ad creative, destination, offer, target market, objective, conversion event, campaign dates and advertising allowance. Approval is recorded against a specific campaign version. Material changes to these details require a new approval; silence is not consent.

You may authorise routine optimisations and pauses within the approved envelope. This does not authorise us to increase the budget. Platform acceptance does not guarantee delivery, clicks or sales.

Customer delays and account blockers

If we are waiting for your onboarding details, we will send a reminder after seven calendar days without progress. After 21 days we may park setup until you are ready. Monthly management does not begin while onboarding remains blocked.

If usable advertiser access cannot be established, we stop at that gate. Where our initial fit assessment wrongly established eligibility, we refund the setup fee. Other refund requests are assessed against the work delivered, your agreement and your legal rights.

Launch delays and service credits

Successful management payment creates a launch task; it does not itself mean the campaign is delivering. If launch is blocked, we tell you what needs to be resolved. Where a delay is caused by PlacementOne, we credit the affected part of the management period on a pro-rata basis. An operator records the credit and confirms its treatment with you.

Failed payments

If a PlacementOne management renewal fails, we notify you and allow a three-calendar-day grace period to resolve it. After that we may suspend management and action the campaign-pause instructions agreed with you. We confirm the platform status when the pause is actioned. If your advertising payment fails, you resolve it directly with the platform; we check whether delivery has resumed.

Pausing, cancellation and handover

You may stop future management renewal through the workspace billing flow. We confirm the subscription end date and whether you want the campaign paused or handed over. Cancellation of our service does not automatically close your advertiser account.

Pauses may take time to apply, depending on the platform. For OpenAI campaigns, billable activity can continue after a pause request, sometimes for up to 24 hours. We record the request and confirm the observed platform status. Do not assume that clicking a pause request immediately stops all charges.

At handover, we provide your agreed creative, reports and campaign records in an exportable form. You keep your advertiser account and remove PlacementOne’s access when handover is complete.

Reporting and performance

Reports use verified advertising-platform exports unless another supported source has been agreed. Each results view identifies the source, reporting period, currency and last update. Reporting can be delayed. Missing data is shown as unavailable, and an invalid import does not replace the last valid report with zero.

No campaign outcome, lead volume or return on spend is guaranteed. Platform-attributed conversions are not presented as customer-confirmed sales. Your offer, budget, website, market and platform delivery all affect results.

Questions and changes

Raise service questions through your workspace before approving a campaign or payment. We will explain proposed scope or policy changes before they apply to a new service period.
